| I just purchased a portrait of a little girl by the artist Sydney Bell.It is so beautiful,its in a gold frame.It is dated 1923.I thought even if it is not worth much,the talent and beauty of this piece of the past is much appreciated.I am very interested in this artist and his work.I will be looking for more.Any information on this artist would be wonderful!
