| Has anybody seen the new movie "Iron Lady" starring Meryl Streep as Margaret Thatcher?
It's receiving some very bad press because it seems to portray MT in many scenes as she is now -- suffering from Alzheimer's Disease...and she's still alive. Even critics who do not like her politics, are disgusted. What do you think? I haven't seen the film, but would like some feedback. Thanks |

| lauriemarie, some of us discussed this at RP. I believe I started a thread on it and Vee gave her opinion, along with some other members. You might want to look for the thread. I thought the film well done and well acted, but I can understand why many might be upset, as her family did not grant permission for the movie to be made, as Thatcher is still alive. |
