Autumnal Titles - what do you suggest?

In the What Are You Reading? thread, Bill mentions that he is looking at (and for) books linked with autumn. (Apologies to our Antipodean friends as I know you're just entering Spring.)

I thought it could be fun if we just listed what titles we knew that would check off the "Autumn" characteristics, whether it's in the title itself or in the content. (If the refs are actually in the book, plot-wise, then perhaps we could explain that in more detail if it's not obvious or not a widely read title.)

What do you think? Once we've exhausted autumn, then we could move on to other seasons (winter etc.) if it was really fun.

My contribution:

"Quarter in Autumn" by Barbara Pym.
