| I found a chart on my library's site that allows a patron to estimate the value of services received from the library each month. I am not providing the link, as some of the websites indicate that it shouldn't be copied, as they have the had the rights cleared only for their own websites.
However, if you google "value of library services" you can find this chart on just about any library website. The estimated value of the services I receive from my library is $285 a month. I apologize if this has been posted before. |

| I'm a medical librarian, and this is not news to me. Your public library is the greatest return for your tax dollar you'll ever see. When I hear/read that libraries aren't needed any more, since EVERYTHING is on the internet, I know ignorance when I see it. |
