Good morning ladies and gents,
We've got a couple of movie trivia games going over on the Circle Theatahh forum which could use a couple of new players.
Clue Game - Guess the movie from a set of 5 clues.
Frame Game - Guess the movie from a still.

You're all welcome to jump in!
Clairabelle

Clairabelle,
Thanks so much for the invitation. I fear, however, that I could not add anything because I barely see a movie! It was very kind of you to come and visit RP and welcome us all to the movie site.

Thanks again,
PAM

Clairabelle, I do check out the site every day but we only go to the 'pictures' as it is quaintly called over here about once a year (last went in Sept 08 and saw Abba ;-) so I never know the answers. Nor does it seem so easy to hire DVD's . . . but we do occasionally get FREE ones with the newspapers (does this happen in US, Canada?) So over the w/end we received A Handful of Dust, Where Angels Fear to Tread and The Motorcycle Diaries.
DD says the last one is worth watching.

I must confess that I get a little bored with the games on this site, but I miss so much the occasional discussions some of us used to have about various films and our impressions and interpretations. For example, we once had quite a long and interesting thread going on M. Night Schamalayan's "The Village."

Hi guys, to be honest, I'm the first on board for the movie games, but also welcome discussions, especially from new members (hint hint lol). BTW, MN Shayamalan is one of my favorite directors, wood!

So... Has anyone seen or plans to see the screen adaptation of Dennis Lehane's Shutter Island yet? One of my all-time favorite thrillers!
